Any use by minors may only be carried out under the supervision of an adult legal guardian;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not publish materials that incite violence, hatred, sexism, racism, that allude to pornography, pedophilia, weapons, drugs and other disturbing or illegal content;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You commit not to attempt any illicit act or any act that could constitute abuse or exploitation of the service;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All data you share during a conference will be recorded, and in some cases it will also be stored for some time, such as recordings and information useful for providing support;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recordings will be stored and available for a maximum period of 6 (six) months. You can download them within this period and save them as you prefer;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your account is yours and you are responsible for any damage caused or alleged to third parties, due to acts carried out on it;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can cancel your account at any time. DEFINITIONS:<\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this instrument, we understand the expressions below in accordance with the following definitions:<\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">In this instrument, we understand the expressions below according to the following definitions:\n\nMCONF: MCONF TECNOLOGIA LTDA, a limited liability company, registered with the CNPJ under No. 17.466.795\/0001-20, headquartered in the city of Porto Alegre, State of Rio Grande do Sul, at Avenida Ipiranga, n\u00ba 321\/301, CEP 90160-092, provider of the services offered by the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">PLATFORM: Software in a cloud computing format called ELOS, available on a website, offered by MCONF and owned, operated, and under the responsibility of MCONF, where USERS, SUBSCRIBER USERS, and THIRD-PARTY USERS can view and use the services offered by MCONF in the ELOS software, based on permissions established in accordance with the plans and\/or contracts set forth in this document and its respective complementary documentation.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">PORTAL: Software in a cloud computing format called ELOS PORTAL, available on a website, offered by MCONF and owned, operated, and under the responsibility of MCONF, where all USERS and SUBSCRIBER USERS can view and use the services offered by MCONF in the PORTAL software, based on permissions established in accordance with the plans and\/or contracts set forth in this document and its respective complementary documentation. Its purpose is to manage the access of USERS and SUBSCRIBER USERS to the PLATFORM, as well as to manage their registrations.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">IMMERSIVE: Software in a cloud computing format, called ELOS IMMERSIVE, available on a website, offered by MCONF, where some USERS of different types can view and use the services offered by MCONF in the IMMERSIVE software and, in some cases, in the PLATFORM software, based on permissions established in accordance with the plans and\/or contracts set forth in this document and its respective complementary documentation. Its purpose is to mediate the access of USERS of different types to the PLATFORM, in addition to offering its own resources for interaction between said USERS.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">USER: An individual or legal entity with an active and valid registration in the PORTAL and with permission to access the resources offered therein, as well as access to the PLATFORM and its features, as provided in this document.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">SUBSCRIBER USER: A type of USER who deliberately chooses to subscribe to the services of the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL in their premium version, upon full agreement to pay the monetary amounts informed on the official website of the PLATFORM or, on exceptional occasions and dealt with directly with MCONF, agrees to the values established in specific agreements duly recorded by contract and\/or email.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">THIRD-PARTY USER: An individual or legal entity who uses the PLATFORM and\/or the IMMERSIVE based on a business definition of a SUBSCRIBER USER or a USER. The agreements established between THIRD-PARTY USERS and SUBSCRIBER USERS or USERS do not involve procedures with MCONF. A THIRD-PARTY USER will not be registered in the PORTAL to access the PLATFORM or the IMMERSIVE. The responsibility for granting and managing the access of a THIRD-PARTY USER to the PLATFORM or the IMMERSIVE lies with the SUBSCRIBER USER or USER.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">CONTENT: Any and all digital files, in any format supported by the PLATFORM, and made available therein, as well as all images and texts produced or reproduced by all types of USERS during the use of the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL and\/or the IMMERSIVE.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">DATA PROCESSING: Any operation performed by MCONF with the personal data of all types of USERS, such as those referring to collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">LGPD: Lei Geral de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados (BR) 13,709\/2018 (General Data Protection Law of Brazil).<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">DATA PROTECTION OFFICER (DPO): Pedro Henrique Branco de Oliveira, whose contact email is dpo.mconf@silvalopes.adv.br , appointed by MCONF to act as a communication channel between the controller, data subjects, and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). Any use by minors must be done under the supervision of a legal guardian, who assumes and agrees to all provisions contained in this document.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">MCONF allows the referred USERS to access various resources and features available on the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL and\/or the IMMERSIVE, allowing the use of some resources for free and others on a paid basis.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">MCONF may, at its sole and exclusive discretion, condition access to certain features of the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL and\/or the IMMERSIVE upon payment of plans. USERS of all types understand that not all resources available on the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE are free, and MCONF may change the prices and features included in each plan.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">SUBSCRIBER USERS and USERS may receive advertising notifications, as well as messages, from MCONF. Notifications sent to said USERS may occur through different means of communication, such as, but not limited to: email, SMS, push notifications, and posts on the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">These Terms of Use grant all types of USERS a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL and\/or the IMMERSIVE. It is understood that said USERS may not use or permit access to and\/or use of the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE for any purpose not expressly provided for in these Terms of Use. Therefore, said USERS are not permitted, without any limitation, to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the services provided by MCONF and made available through the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL and\/or the IMMERSIVE. However, the SUBSCRIBER USER may, without restrictions, and preferably under terms previously agreed upon with MCONF, integrate the PLATFORM with a third-party system (e.g., Moodle) through an integration key, with the SUBSCRIBER USER being responsible for the proper use of the PLATFORM through the integration key.<\/p><p><br \/><br \/><br \/><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">It is the responsibility of all types of USERS to have access to the necessary technologies to ensure the proper functioning of the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL and\/or the IMMERSIVE, including internet access. The lack of access to the technologies indicated and recommended by MCONF may result in the inability to use the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL and\/or the IMMERSIVE. The list of requirements can be found at elos.vc\/ajuda.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">In the use of the functionalities of the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE, no type of USER is permitted to: (i) use profane, offensive, or ambiguous language; (ii) make defamatory comments against any individual (living or deceased) or legal entity; (iii) make comments or publish images that may infringe the rights of third parties, are contrary to morality and good customs, that incite violence, hatred, sexism, racism, or that allude to pornography, pedophilia, weapons, drugs, and other disturbing or illegal content.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">MCONF reserves the right to block USERS of any type and to remove content that violates these Terms of Use or is illicit in nature, for which it conducts constant and active monitoring of the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">If any USER of any type or any other person identifies illicit acts and\/or content or content that violates these Terms of Use, reports can be made to MCONF via the email atendimento@mconf.com .<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">All types of USERS authorize MCONF to use their data to conduct statistical and other studies that may be published in an aggregated form in different public media. Likewise, regardless of the modality, free or paid, no warranty of any kind, whether implicit or explicit, is offered, either in relation to its operation or the availability of information.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Any damage, of any kind, resulting from misuse, accident, malpractice, recklessness, or negligence by any type of USER in the use of the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL and\/or the IMMERSIVE, is the exclusive responsibility of said USERS, without any liability, joint or several, of MCONF.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">MCONF will not assume any responsibility for damages to any type of USER resulting from unauthorized alterations to the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL and\/or the IMMERSIVE, such as system intrusions, viruses, and other harmful elements. REGISTRATION:<\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">For SUBSCRIBER USERS and USERS to register on the PORTAL, they will provide to MCONF, and permit the processing of, the following data: full name of the individual \/ company name, email address, CPF\/CNPJ, and full address (street, number, complement, neighborhood, city, state, country, and ZIP code).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The collection and processing of these USERS' data aims to identify them, as well as to enable them for the correct use of the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE, and thereby, MCONF can ensure the high quality of the contracted services.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">By consenting to the terms of this instrument and our Privacy Policy, SUBSCRIBER USERS and USERS expressly declare to be aware that the collection of their data is essential for the proper functioning of the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The creation of more than one account per SUBSCRIBER USER or USER on the PORTAL is expressly forbidden. In the event of multiple registrations created by a single USER of any type, MCONF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, without indemnity and without the need for prior consent or communication, to disable all existing registrations in the name of this USER, and may refuse a new registration from said USER on the PORTAL. Exceptionally, MCONF may instruct SUBSCRIBER USERS to create additional accounts, following specific guidelines, to meet technical needs for the adequate provision of services on the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL. Such cases will be expressly communicated directly by MCONF to the referred USER.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">It is necessary to complete all data requested by the PORTAL at the time of registration so that SUBSCRIBER USERS and USERS are enabled to use the PLATFORM and the PORTAL. Additionally, the SUBSCRIBER USER or USER may log in using an account from the Facebook or Google platforms, filling in any other data that the PORTAL and\/or the PLATFORM indicate as necessary.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">It is the exclusive responsibility of SUBSCRIBER USERS and USERS to provide, update, and guarantee the truthfulness of their registration data. The referred USER will be solely responsible for the operations carried out in their account, as access is only possible with a password of their exclusive knowledge.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">All USERS may request information about the data collected and processed by MCONF, free of charge, by sending a message to lgpd@mconf.com , and may request the editing or deletion of this information at any time.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Under no circumstances will the assignment, sale, rental, or any other form of transfer of a SUBSCRIBER USER's or USER's account be permitted.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">At its sole discretion, MCONF may delete, disable, suspend, or block, for an indefinite period, without prior notice or indemnity, the registrations of any type of USER who violates the terms of this instrument or the current legislation.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>MCONF<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se reserva ao direito de n\u00e3o permitir novo cadastro de <\/span><b>USU\u00c1RIOS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de qualquer modalidade que j\u00e1 tenham sido cancelados, inabilitados, bloqueados, exclu\u00eddos ou suspensos do <\/span><b>PORTAL<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. N\u00e3o se permitir\u00e1, ainda, a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de novos cadastros por pessoas cujos cadastros originais tenham sido cancelados, bloqueados, inabilitados, exclu\u00eddos ou suspensos por infra\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0s pol\u00edticas da <\/span><b>MCONF<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ou \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">MCONF reserves the right to, unilaterally, without prior notice, consent, or indemnity, refuse any registration request from a SUBSCRIBER USER or USER on the PORTAL, as well as to cancel, disable, block, delete, or suspend the use of a previously accepted registration.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">USERS of any type who use the IMMERSIVE in combination with the PLATFORM will do so through a third-party system integrated with the IMMERSIVE. The SUBSCRIBER USER operating the third-party system is responsible for managing their clients' and users' access to the IMMERSIVE and the PLATFORM configured therein. For the purpose of using the IMMERSIVE, registration on the PORTAL is not necessary. FEATURES:<\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">To SUBSCRIBER USERS and USERS, the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE offer the following features:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creation of videoconference rooms;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provision of interactivity tools within the rooms;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recording of video conferences;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Invitations and scheduling;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Room customization;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integration with virtual learning environments;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reports on the use of the platform and functionalities.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interactive virtual environment for connecting users and accessing virtual classrooms.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The availability of the features of the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE, as described above, will depend on the account chosen and contracted by the USER or SUBSCRIBER USER with MCONF, available at elos.vc\/site\/planos-assinatura.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">To THIRD-PARTY USERS, the PLATFORM offers the feature of providing interactivity tools within the rooms, noting that these features are also subject to agreements made between the THIRD-PARTY USERS and the SUBSCRIBER USERS or USERS responsible for the room being used by the THIRD-PARTY USER.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">MCONF may at any time, without the need for prior notice or indemnity, edit and\/or delete existing features, as well as include new features to the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE are available through this document, via a temporary, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable Software Use License, unless a licensing agreement is signed with MCONF.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2335876b termos elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2335876b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"title-section\">7. For other types of subscriptions and\/or contracts with exceptional conditions, contact must first be made directly with MCONF, using the contact channels published on the said web address, for the contract to be agreed upon between the parties on a case-by-case basis.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">For SUBSCRIBER USERS on a post-paid modality, domiciled in the national territory, MCONF will send an invoice via bank slip in the subsequent month, with the amount related to the consumption of the previous month.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">For SUBSCRIBER USERS on a pre-paid modality, domiciled in the national territory, MCONF will send an invoice via bank slip at the beginning of the current month, related to the contracted consumption.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">For SUBSCRIBER USERS on pre- and post-paid modalities, domiciled outside Brazil, the charge will be made via credit card. The billing period varies according to the contracted plan and will be informed on the PORTAL itself during the contracting process.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">If the SUBSCRIBER USER contracts a pre-paid plan in the middle of the month, a charge will be made at the time of contracting for the proportional use until the end of the month. In all cases, the minimum service fee, if defined, must be respected.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">If the SUBSCRIBER USER contracts a post-paid plan in the middle of the month, a proportional charge will be made at the beginning of the subsequent month for the proportional usage until the end of the subscription month. In all cases, the minimum service fee, if defined, must be respected.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">For billing purposes, a session, meeting, or class will be considered a test when its duration is less than 30 minutes, has the participation of only one USER of any type, and there is no recording. Sessions that have characteristics different from these conditions will be computed for billing purposes, and may even generate additional charges if they exceed the limits of the initially contracted plan.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Payments for services contracted on the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL and\/or the IMMERSIVE will be processed through the Iugu platform or the Conta Azul platform, as determined by MCONF. It is necessary for all SUBSCRIBER USERS to also read and agree to the terms of use and services of the platform assigned to them, through the web addresses iugu.com\/juridico\/politica-de-privacidade and ca.contaazul.com\/termos\/privacidade\/.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">By contracting the service provided by MCONF, the SUBSCRIBER USER expressly indicates that they have read and accepted all the conditions present in this instrument and in the specific terms of use and services of the Iugu or Conta Azul platform.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Any dispute over payments made through the Iugu or Conta Azul platforms must be resolved solely between the SUBSCRIBER USERS and the respective platform. MCONF bears no responsibility for the processing of payments made on these platforms.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Payment data provided by SUBSCRIBER USERS will be saved in the database of the Iugu or Conta Azul platforms. The SUBSCRIBER USER may request the deletion of their payment data from said database after the transaction is completed. To do so, they must inform, when requested by the payment platform, that the payment data will be used only for that transaction and does not need to be saved for subsequent transactions. MCONF does not have access to the payment data provided by SUBSCRIBER USERS.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-108affbf termos elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"108affbf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"title-section\">8. USER OBLIGATIONS:<\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">SUBSCRIBER USERS and USERS are solely responsible for the use of their account. Therefore, we recommend that they do not share such information with third parties. If this information is, for any reason, lost or stolen, SUBSCRIBER USERS and USERS must immediately inform MCONF via the contact: atendimento@mconf.com , so that the issue can be resolved.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">It is the responsibility of all types of USERS to have and maintain equipment and infrastructure that meets the minimum requirements for using the services offered by MCONF.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE may not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were made available by MCONF. Therefore, it will not be permitted to:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Improperly disclose, use or modify the data of others <\/span><b>USERS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of any modality;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transmit or send information of any nature that may incite, induce or promote discriminatory attitudes, violent or criminal messages that violate good customs, morals or even contradict public order;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alter, delete and\/or corrupt data and information of third parties or <\/span><b>MCONF.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; It is,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Violating the privacy of any <\/span><b>USERS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Any breach of the obligations described above will result in the suspension or even exclusion of the SUBSCRIBER USER or USER from the PORTAL and\/or the PLATFORM and\/or the IMMERSIVE, according to the severity of the facts to be investigated, without any prior notice or interpellation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6b055a6b termos elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6b055a6b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"title-section\">9. MCONF OBLIGATIONS:<\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">MCONF is not responsible for intrusions, unauthorized access, alterations, manipulations, or deletions of your data, carried out by third parties whether authorized or not by USERS of any type. MCONF has no obligation to store or provide logs or records of connection and access to the application that may be directed to your account in the system.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">MCONF is not obliged to perform or provide backups of your data stored on the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL and\/or the IMMERSIVE. It is the responsibility of the USER of any type to use the tools available on the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL and\/or the IMMERSIVE to export their data whenever they see fit.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">MCONF will only be held liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages if it is proven that they resulted from a failure in the provision of the services object of this contract, or from non-compliance with the rules of the LGPD. Damages resulting from the inability of any type of USER to use the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL and\/or the IMMERSIVE fall exclusively on them.<\/p><p><br \/><br \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-10b1b46d termos elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"10b1b46d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"title-section\">10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:<\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">USERS of any type expressly acknowledge that they do not have any industrial and\/or intellectual property rights over any component, creation, computer program, design, or any other item available on the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE, these being the exclusive property of MCONF.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">MCONF reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to modify the conditions of access to the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE, changing their designs and\/or presentation forms, including or suppressing functionalities and\/or information, or making any other alteration of any kind, without such action resulting in any right for USERS of any type to claim losses and damages, under any title.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d3f1ac0 termos elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4d3f1ac0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"title-section\">11. ADVERTISING:<\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">From the moment a USER becomes a SUBSCRIBER USER, the SUBSCRIBER USER becomes our client and, as such, authorizes MCONF to place their company name and logo on our website and in other communications with third parties. If the SUBSCRIBER USER cancels their subscription to the PLATFORM and\/or the IMMERSIVE, we will understand that the SUBSCRIBER USER is no longer our client, and this authorization will be automatically canceled.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-709c9d82 termos elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"709c9d82\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"title-section\">12. TECHNICAL SUPPORT:<\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">MCONF will provide support to USERS of any type for the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and\/or the IMMERSIVE, exclusively during business hours (09:00 \u2013 17:00 Bras\u00edlia time, Monday to Friday, except holidays) via the email support@mconf.com , the address elos.vc\/ajuda, and on its official social networks. For support requests, MCONF will have up to 72 (seventy-two) business hours to respond.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">As we do not provide service on national holidays, state holidays in Rio Grande do Sul, and municipal holidays in Porto Alegre, MCONF will announce in advance on its official Instagram page (instagram.com\/somos.mconf) the periods when there will be no business hours, i.e., periods of time that are not counted as elapsed time for responding.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The referred USERS can access tutorial videos and online training materials through the site elos.vc\/ajuda.<\/p><p><br \/><br \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d59791a termos elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7d59791a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"title-section\">13. CANCELLATION:<\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">A SUBSCRIBER USER on a post-paid modality who contracted directly through the PORTAL can cancel their subscription at any time by managing their subscription on the PORTAL. Upon cancellation, the SUBSCRIBER USER will receive an invoice for the proportional use from the beginning of the month when the last charge was made until the end of the month of the plan's cancellation.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">A SUBSCRIBER USER on a pre-paid modality who contracted directly through the PORTAL can cancel their subscription at any time by managing their subscription on the PORTAL. Upon confirming the cancellation, the SUBSCRIBER USER may still use their plan for the contracted and paid period. At the end of the contracted period, the service will be automatically canceled.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Post-paid or pre-paid SUBSCRIBER USERS, after canceling their subscriptions and becoming USERS, can still access their billing information for previous months through the PORTAL.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">For post-paid or pre-paid SUBSCRIBER USERS, when there is a signed contract between them and MCONF, the provisions of that document must also be respected, which do not substitute the provisions in these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or the Information Security Policy of MCONF.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The SUBSCRIBER USER understands that the termination of their account on the PLATFORM and PORTAL will only be carried out by MCONF if the SUBSCRIBER USER has no outstanding financial obligations.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">For the cancellation of an IMMERSIVE contract, the specific conditions will be agreed upon strictly in a contract signed between MCONF and the SUBSCRIBER USER.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c512db9 termos elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3c512db9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"title-section\">14. TERMINATION:<\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">The SUBSCRIBER USER and the USER can stop using the PORTAL and the PLATFORM at any time by deleting their account. This will only be possible if the said USER has no outstanding financial obligations with MCONF. DELETION OF DATA:<\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">The data stored by MCONF includes only the recordings that the SUBSCRIBER USER or USER generates and the access statistics of them and their THIRD-PARTY USERS, when they exist. Documents, texts, and media of any kind shared during a conference that was not recorded will not be stored by MCONF.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">During the period that the USER is a SUBSCRIBER USER, their recordings will be kept for a maximum period of 6 (six) months on our servers. During this period, the SUBSCRIBER USER will have the option to export the recordings, and may even host them on other servers or services. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you always visit this section of our site and read it periodically. However, to contribute to a good relationship, we will also send an email informing you of these changes.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">For handling cases involving USERS of any type located outside the national territory of Brazil, MCONF has a specific channel to resolve doubts and\/or receive requests of an extraterritorial nature, which are handled exclusively by initial communication via email to the address lgpd@mconf.com<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">All materials, patents, trademarks, registrations, domains, names, privileges, creations, images, and all related rights connected to the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, and the IMMERSIVE and developed by MCONF are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of MCONF. USERS of any type agree not to perform any act or fact that, in any way, harms the rights provided herein, nor to claim any right or privilege over them, under the terms of Law No. 9,610\/98.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">USERS of any type agree that they will not perform, attempt to perform, or help anyone to perform any type of reverse engineering or attempt to access the source code and database structure, in relation to the PLATFORM, the PORTAL, or the IMMERSIVE.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Comments and suggestions from USERS of any type are very welcome and may lead to innovations or implementations that can be incorporated into the PLATFORM and\/or the PORTAL and\/or the IMMERSIVE, but this will not grant USERS of any type any kind of right over them.
