Due to the need to scale the virtual classroom system used by the Institution, with stability to support the large number of students and simultaneous classes and integration with the Moodle system, the partnership between Elos and Mackenzie began to be designed.

How do we help Mackenzie?

  • The integration followed the LTI standard so that Mackenzie was less dependent on the performance of Moodle itself when using Elos. Subsequently, the Institute changed its VLE and Elos was also integrated into Canvas via LTI;

  • The close, personalized and agile support in resolving any problems was also a crucial point for the experience and satisfaction with Elos;

  • Features designed for education, which promote real-time interaction.

 

According to Ricardo Fukuda, Technology and Innovation Manager at Mackenzie, distance learning activities must continue to expand and the use of pedagogical technologies, such as Elos, has become essential to achieve prominence in the market. “We have to be more present in this market, using resources to be up to date and competitive compared to competitors.”
